Do you accept insurance?
No, Integrated Pilates and Physical Therapy, LLC is an out-of network provider for all insurances. This means that we charge for services, and can provide a itemized receipt (superbill) for you to submit for insurance to reimbursement. This allows me to provide one-on-one services for your condition and treat you at each visit, which in turn will shorten your time commitment for needed treatment sessions. In turn it could lower your cost of therapy due to less visits needed (ie. you won't need to pay a copay 3x/week as you do at other PT clinics).
Will my insurance re-imburse me my out-of-pocket costs?
Prior to starting with Integrated Pilates and Physical Therapy, LLC I would recommend calling your insurance. Ask your insurance if there is any out-of-network coverage for your plan. If there is, you should ask what are the specific requirements for PT reimbursement with the out-of-network plans. This is your particular plan, and you will be responsible for follow up and any audits from your insurance. I can supply the notes (at a cost) and Superbill for you to request payment from them.
Some examples of questions: Is Physician Referral Required? Is there a visit limit?, Certain Paperwork that I have to fill out? Do you require a doctors signature on the plan of care?
When are payments due?
Payments are due at the time of service for Physical Therapy sessions. Pilates sessions are bought in packages, and once you are through will your package you will need to purchase another prior to continuing classes. We do accept FSA/HSA cards for Physical Therapy services.
Do I need Physician referral for Physical Therapy?
No referral is required due to Nebraska having Direct Access for Physical Therapist. I would recommend checking with your insurance plan to see what their policy is for your particular plan. Some insurances will not reimburse without a Physician referral or signed Plan of Care after the initial visit. Please notify the therapist if this is needed for insurance to re-imburse you.
What do I wear to the studio/clinic?
Please wear comfortable workout clothes, and typically the practice of Pilates is completed barefoot (Sticky socks permitted). If there is a foot injury or history of surgery we will discuss modifications if needed. Women wear fitted pants and shirt, please stay away from clothes with zippers. Men can wear shorts or pants with shirt, if baggy shorts please wear bike shorts underneath.
